Dundee Pride presents the finale to Scotland’s Pride Month celebrations on Saturday 27th June as the city’s LGBTQ+ community join together for a day of solidarity and visibility.
Representatives from Dundee Pride and leaders of the LGBTQ+ community will lead a Pride March through Dundee City Centre.
Celebrations will continue at the Pride Village in Slessor Gardens.
RuPaul’s Drag Race winner Danny Beard is set to headline the event.
Dundee Pride was founded by members of Pink Saltire and LGBT Youth Scotland, with the support of Dundee City Council.

Dundee Pride is a charity with a mission:
“…to take a positive stance against discrimination and violence toward the lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, plus (LGBTQ+) community and to progress LGBTQ+ equality, awareness and inclusion within Dundee and the region.”
This year’s march route:
- Begins at Steeple Church, outside the Overgate.
- It will then continue through Reform Street,
- Panmure Street,
- Murraygate,
- Castle Street,
- and end at Slessor Gardens.
The Slessor Garden Pride Village will host local vendors and stalls, and a series of speeches and performances.
